Villa Costa-Marina is let as one house, to one party at a time. There are no other guests, no shared spaces, no neighbours in view — only the olive grove, the terraces, and the open water in front of you. The sea is the only thing that interrupts the horizon: the views are uninterrupted from the verandas, the balconies and the path that winds down to the shore.

A 150 m² villa set within a private 4,000 m² olive grove, the house is made up of two independent, fully furnished apartments — each with its own lounge and kitchen — that together offer four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout, a washing machine and private parking at the house, it is a comfortable, self-sufficient home — the kind of place you settle into and stop counting the days.
